Grants

We are accepting applications for 2025 grants. Please read the guidelines below prior to applying. The submission deadline is February 1, 2025.

The Scottish Rite Foundation, Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A., Inc. (SRF), awards grants each year to deserving applicants from recognized Masonic appendant bodies and Masonic youth organizations. Applicants may be for programs at the national, state and local level. Funding for the grants is provided by the SRF.

The SRF Grant program was created out of a belief that these two groups play a key role in the future of our fraternity. Through this partnership, grants will be provided to support these groups in critical areas. Our goal is to assist them by providing funding for worthwhile programs that could not be undertaken without financial assistance.

Grants awarded will range from $1,000–$10,000. The number and amount of grants awarded will be determined by the SRF on an annual basis. Grants are non-renewable.

Funds must be used in the year when awarded. Any funds not utilized for the approved grant must be returned to the SRF.

Grant recipients will be announced by March 31, 2025.

A grant completion report must be submitted to the Scottish Rite Foundation by February 1, 2026. This report should include a detailed explanation of how the funds were used, how the project met the SRF’s goals and a brief summary of how it has benefited the organization. If a report is not submitted, the applicant will not be eligible for future grants.
