Members are encouraged to keep their email and mailing address information up-to-date and dues current to ensure they receive their publications.

Why have I not yet received my book(s)?

There are several reasons why you may not have received a SRRS publication:

  1. Update your mailing address. We ship to the most recent address you give us.
  2. Pay your annual dues. We don’t ship to those who are not current with their dues.
  3. Issues with our shipping vendor. We use a vendor to package and ship books to each member. Sometimes the vendor makes mistakes. Please contact our SRRS Admin so they can investigate.
  4. Issues with USPS. We use the US Postal Service to deliver packages. Sometimes USPS experiences issues or delays. Please contact USPS if it is determined that this is a delivery issue.
