Leadership Conferences—Save the Date!

Leadership is all about sustainable success over generations of membership. How well we develop our future leaders is a critical role of effective leadership.
We are excited to bring you a sneak preview of the upcoming Conferences. We have an outstanding agenda consistent with our Supreme Council Session theme of being that strong anchor holding our communities together! We believe this presents a strong message of continuity to our members. With topics focused on Leadership, Membership Engagement, and Strategic Planning, taught by outstanding speakers, we will continue to focus on succeeding in our Valleys and Orients, so we may be leaders in our communities.
Get together with your Valley leadership team to plan who and how to gather the most from our conference, and register early.
The Conference is designed for our newer members who are active and engaged in support of the Valley and committed to sustaining their Valley leadership in moving forward. This is part of developing future leadership by having them engaged and learning. Our newer members are expected to contribute to the discussion and network to learn more about the Scottish Rite and hear success stories from their peers.
Work with your Valley leadership teams to:
- Select an expanded group of Scottish Rite leaders and committee leaders to attend your conference.
- Determine those potential future leaders to serve as Fellows and have them attend.
- Encourage all members to come and meet with our Grand Commander and Scottish Rite leadership to engage in the planning and future of our beloved Scottish Rite.
We look forward to outstanding participation and a continuation of the renewed energy we are seeing within the Scottish Rite! Come share your voice, your ideas, and your successful programs with your Brethren.

Frequently Asked Questions
I am not a Valley officer, secretary, or personal representative. May I attend?
Absolutely—in fact, we encourage it! To attend the conferences, you need only be a member in good standing of the Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction, U.S.A., and complete the conference registration process.
When does registration begin?
Online registration for all three conferences is scheduled to go live November 1, 2023.
What does my attendee fee cover?
Your fee covers all the sessions, conference materials, Saturday’s lunch, and any catered breaks or receptions.
Will the conferences be live-streamed or recorded? Will slides and handouts be available after the conferences?
We currently do not plan to live-stream or record the conference, however, this may change. Any slides or handouts will be made available to everyone after the last conference.
