House of the Temple Closed until June 8, 2020

May 13, 2020 — Washington, D.C.

(Updated)

In compliance with orders from the Office of the Mayor of Washington, DC—closing all non-essential businesses and directing people to stay at home—the House of the Temple will remain closed until Monday, June 8, 2020. Given the dynamic nature of this situation, we will update our web site and social media as necessary regarding our operational status.

Despite the closure, telework-ready Supreme Council staff will be available during this period to assist members, fellow Masons, and the public; however, we regret that certain services will be unavailable for the next several weeks. These include the processing of:

  • Ladies Certificates
  • Any Paper or Plastic Membership Cards
  • 25- and 50-Year Member Certificates and Pins
  • Scottish Rite New Member Packets
  • VMAP Letters and Date Plates

To those participating in our Scottish Rite Master Craftsman Program, please note the processing of letters and quizzes will be slightly delayed.

In the meantime, we wish you good health and thank you for your patience during this challenging time.
