Current Interest: GWU Scholars and Fellows Visit the House of the Temple

GWU Scholars

On March 2, 2011, the Supreme Council hosted its annual luncheon for George Washington University scholarship and fellowship recipients supported by the Supreme Council. The Supreme Council funds several programs for study exclusively at GWU: Scottish Rite Endowment Graduate Fellowship, Scottish Rite Undergraduate Scholarship Program, Scottish Rite/Bichan Scholarship, and Scottish Rite Graduate Fellowships in Language Disorders. The first two awards require affiliation with a U.S. Scottish Rite body.

SGC Ronald A. Seale, 33°, welcomed the 25 scholars and fellows who enjoyed lunch and a tour of the House of the Temple. Representing The George Washington University was represented by Steven Lerman, Ph.D., Provost & Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and A. James Clark Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering. For more information on Supreme Council scholarships, visit www.scottishrite.org.
